Jess, our sports therapist, offers advanced techniques such as Graston and Active Release Therapy (ART) to address soft tissue restrictions and enhance recovery. Together, we create a personalized plan focused on rebuilding balance, core strength, and joint stability, helping you regain your full range of motion and prevent re-injury.
